homeowners of the Dinsmor subdivision located in Ridgeland,
Mississippi. The Association leadership consists of a
nine-member Board of Directors elected by the residents of
Dinsmor for one-year terms. The Board contracts the
day-to-day management of the neighborhood to a management

you are a new resident to Dinsmor, we extend our most
heartfelt welcome. You have made an excellent choice, and
your new neighbors are anxious to meet you. You
probably have received a packet of information, but if not,
the following are some basic guidelines for building and
maintaining your new property. These are contained in our
Covenant and Bylaws, both of which are legally binding

be of same exterior design and quality as the main

fireplaces must be disguised on the roof or exterior wall

neighborhoods. PROPERTY
OWNERS ASSOCIATION $52.50
monthly fees are assessed by the Association, and are
payable semiannually. This covers the maintenance of the
common areas of Dinsmor and the security guard, and also
include maintenance and upkeep of the swimming pool and
tennis courts which are available for the use of all
residents at no additional charge The financial statemernts

The clubhouse may be rented by any resident for private
functions by contacting the management company.
