Amenities include a spacious clubhouse for the residents to use for parties and receptions, a swimming pool with adjacent kiddie pool; and two tennis courts. A creek runs through Dinsmor feeding three ponds. The upper and middle ponds [Maggie Pond on the survey maps] are maintained using weirs at the south end of each pond creating a mini-waterfall for each. The middle pond contains an island accessible by one of the many bridges that make up an extensive network of walking paths throughout the neighborhood. Approximately 12 acres of greenspace is maintained in this network giving the impression of living in a large park perfect for exploration by children.
Landscaping & Security
Entering from the north, the drive south along Dinsmor Crossing follows the landscaped boulevard past the clock tower, the hilltop clubhouse, through the landscaped roundabout at the center of Dinsmor to the guardhouse at the south entrance on Highland Colony Parkway. As part of Dinsmor security this guardhouse is manned 10PM to 6AM each night by a professional guard service that monitors the nine cameras recording parking areas, amenities, entrances and exits 24/7. The amenities, the greenspace and the security are provided and maintained by a full funded association reserve fund management by nine residents elected to a Board of Directors, a professional property management company, and an onsite property manager.
